Service Description

This 60-minute session is for first-time clients. We will explore your health history, dietary and exercise habits, sleep hygiene, stress management, and any other health concerns in order to best help you reach your health goals. You will be provided with the supportive resources and education necessary to help you achieve your short-term and long-term goals!
